The ‘Mallika’ mango is the result of cross breeding of the Indian mango varieties Neelam and Dasheri. The variety was introduced by Dr. Anand Singh. It has a pleasant and rich flavour, which tastes sweet with mild tartness. These are also very good for making juices and shakes because the pulp is super juicy.
